Thank you for choosing to book with Casa Kalypso. We hope you will enjoy your stay. The following terms and conditions apply to your booking.
All rates are quoted in Euro per room and night, including all taxes, except accommodation tax, which is 0,50 euros/night. The use of wireless internet access is free of charge. Parking space is also free of charge.
Check in time from 14:30 pm. Check out time until 11:30 am. Extra charge will apply for late check out until 18:00 pm, however subject to availability.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms and we have a no-pet policy.
Reservation Policy
All reservations require a deposit equal to 30% of the total estimated costs or one night’s stay, whichever is greater. When your booking has been made, a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail using the e-mail address that you supplied. Your booking will be completed when we acknowledge receipt of your booking request and deposit.
Prior to that the booking will only be regarded as provisional.
Payment Policy
Payments can be made by bank transfer, Visa or Master Card within four (4) working days of making the reservation. Please check the confirmation e-mail carefully and take note of the payment due date.
Written confirmation will only be provided once deposit has been received.
If payment is not made as scheduled, the reservation will automatically be canceled without notice.
Cancellation & Change Policy
Due to limited lodging capacity, cancellations affect us significantly.
A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room. Please note that request to cancel or change a confirmed reservation is only accepted in writing by e-mail.
Date changes are subject to availability and cancellation rules apply as below:
In case of not showing up or early departure the client is charged the total cost of the stay.
Children & Extra Bed Policy
Kindly note that studios sleep adults only.
Persons over 14 years old are considered adults.
Baby cot in all other rooms, besides the studios, is free of charge and upon request.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage made in and to the guesthouse by themselves, their guests, their staff or any other person for whom they are responsible for (damages made to property, furniture, objects, etc).
Liability on losses
The guesthouse cannot be held liable for the loss or damage of any object brought in the guesthouse by the guests, their party, guests or staff, or when the loss, damage or destruction is due to exceptional circumstances.
Inability of service delivery
In the event that the guesthouse is unable to accommodate guests during the agreed dates due to mechanical, electronical or human error, or in unforeseen circumstances, the guesthouse will make efforts to accommodate guests, for the specified dates, at a comparable hotel of the area and will pay any difference in room rates that may exist as well as the cost of transportation to that hotel.

- For any cancellation that takes place 60 days before the arrival the whole prepaid amount is refunded.
- For any cancellation that takes place 60 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, the deposit of the 30% of the total amount will not be refunded.
- For any cancellation that takes place 30 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, the deposit of the 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- For any cancellation that takes place 15 days before arrival, the client is charged with the 100% of the total cost of the stay.
